Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Artist

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [studio email address].

2. Rescheduling

Artists may reschedule a session at no additional charge, provided they give at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee of £[X].


3. Cancellation by the Studio

In the unlikely event that [Studio Name] must cancel a confirmed booking, artists will receive:

  • A full refund of any payment made, or
  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost

The studio will notify the artist as soon as possible by email.


4. Force Majeure

[Studio Name] shall not be liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, power failure, or government restrictions. In such cases, a credit note or rescheduled session will be offered in lieu of a refund.


5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method. To request a refund, please contact us at [studio email] with your booking reference number.


6. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. No refund or extension will be given for late arrivals.s.
